Young people with exceptional customer service qualities. Very rare in this day and age. Did not have to wait long even though they were customers in front of me. They kept reassuring me they would be with me shortly. Once they helped me I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes with everything I needed and a full understanding of what I bought. Good job guys.

Every time I go here I’m always taken care of properly. I can say with this last visit. Noa in particular, if you get him, you’re golden. Very knowledgeable on tech, as well as seeing what will fit you best. Always leaving the establishment happy, with problems solved.
Mason in Temple Terrace store, is the best. Very friendly and caring Made me feel comfortable and that he was willing to help me. I'm 65 years of age, and I had downloaded several cleaner apps. It made my phone a complete nightmare. But MASON, fixed it for me. Thank you Mason.

I have been with Verizon for 18 years prior to moving over to AT&T recently and the entire team at that location is excellent to work with and very helpful.
The staff at this particular AT&T branch are above and beyond professional, well trained and on top of getting things solved! I’ve had repeated visit and they always take care of my complicated company. Telecommunication issues like true professionalized I would recommend them to anybody that was looking for phones, Internet, and problem-solving!
Noah worked with us today on a phone return for credit then with some settings on our phones that us older folks couldn’t figure out. He was excellent! Patient, professional and very understanding. Even when another customer interrupted him 2x rudely while he was working with us, he remained calm, cool and collected and always professional when anyone else would’ve become frustrated. Kudos to Noah! Keep up the great work! AT&T owes you more for representing them sooo well!
